One text, and the house never runs out.
For house managers, estate managers, and family offices running one property or several. A standing monthly order of fine water in glass, delivered on your route day, carried to wherever you keep it, empties taken. No signature. No reorder. No thinking about it.
Built around how a house actually runs
The delivery is the easy part. What you're paying for is that it happens the same way every month without anyone on staff having to manage it.
Access, once
Gate code, staff entrance, where the cases go, where the empties are — we take it once and follow it every time. Standing instructions live on your account, not in a text thread.
A delivery window, the morning of
You or your staff get a text with a window on the day. Nobody has to be home. If the house is closed up, tell us and it's held with no charge until you reopen.
Put away, not dropped
Pantry, butler's pantry, bar, garage fridge, guest house — cases go where you keep them. On request, a few bottles go straight into the fridge so the first pour is cold.
Glass goes with us
Empty glass from the previous month leaves on the same trip. Nothing accumulates, nothing for staff to haul.
One card, one invoice
Billed monthly through Stripe on a single card on file. Invoices arrive by email and can go to the office, the bookkeeper, or the family office directly.
Several properties, one contact
Main house, guest house, the boat, the Jupiter place — each with its own mix and day, all on one account and one number to text.
Pricing, in plain terms
Every case is the same price regardless of water. Delivery, in-home stocking, and glass pickup are included — there is no delivery fee and no contract.
A typical main house runs ten to twenty cases a month: evian and Acqua Panna for every day, S.Pellegrino for the table and guests, Saratoga where the bottle is on display, and a case of small evian for cars and the pool. For twenty cases and up, or for more than one property, I'll put a proposal together rather than have you guess. See the four waters or compose an order yourself.
Why the founder is the one at your gate
I'm Matthew. Sorgente is small on purpose: each route is capped at twenty homes so the same person — me — is the one who knows your gate code, your pantry, and your housekeeper's name. I'm an Ironman, which mostly means I show up when I say I will and I don't mind carrying twenty cases up a flight of stairs.
For a house manager, that translates to one thing: when something changes, you text one number and it's handled — no portal, no support line, no ticket.
Request a proposal
Tell me a little about the property and I'll come back with a suggested case mix, your route day, and the monthly figure — usually the same afternoon.
Every account is set up by me, delivered by me, and adjusted with one text. If your first month isn't exactly what was agreed — carried in, put away, on the day — the month is on me.
— Matthew, founder
Received.
I'll come back to you with a proposal — case mix, day, and price — usually the same afternoon. If it's urgent, text (561) 401-0695.
