How provisioning works
Text the order, name the slip and the window, and it's aboard. Standing orders for the season, or one large drop before a charter or a crossing.
By the case or the pallet
Five cases for a weekend, forty for a season. Pallet quantities are broken down and carried aboard by hand — no forklift on the dock, nothing left on the finger pier.
Glass forward, plastic aft
Most boats run a split: glass for guest spaces and dining, 500 ml evian in plastic for the tender, crew, and anywhere glass isn't welcome. Tell me the ratio once.
Stowed, not stacked on the passerelle
Lazarette, pantry, crew mess, bar fridge — cases go where the stew wants them. Empty glass comes off on the next delivery.
Marinas across the county
Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Boca. If you're at a private dock, that works too.
Invoiced to the boat
Card on file for the vessel or the management company; invoices by email, itemized by water and case, ready for the owner's accounts.
Short notice, honestly handled
Two days is the standard lead. If the owner just called and boards tomorrow, text me anyway — if it can be done, it will be.
Pricing
Same price per case for every water, glass or plastic. Dockside delivery and stowing included.
Case sizes: evian 750 ml (12) and 500 ml plastic (24), Acqua Panna 1 L (12), S.Pellegrino 750 ml (12), Saratoga 28 oz (12) and 12 oz (24). Mineral profiles and pairings if the chef asks.
